About Us

Over 70 Years of Service

In 1952, this firm was established with one driving purpose: to provide the highest level of personalized client service possible. Since then, our team has carried on a legacy of expert individual and business taxation, accounting, and consulting services infused with attention and care.

An Inherited Culture

The original owners took customers seriously, and we’ve inherited those same values. Whether you’re overwhelmed by the duties of starting a business for the first time, dealing with a sudden change of life, or just dreading tax season, Goodfriend & Talbott is the knowledgeable friend you need to help you through it.

Our clients know this – that’s why many of them have been coming to us for 40 years. In many cases, we boast three generations of clients from the same family.

Our Difference

Big firms may have endless resources, but their services can be impersonal — and you can’t afford to let your finances get lost in the mix. Yet the personal touch of a small firm doesn’t always make up for inadequate staffing when April rolls around.

At Goodfriend & Talbott, we strike a balance that’s “just right”: Our team is big enough to provide high-quality, responsive service, but not too big to remember your name.

Our Services

We’re proud to help our clients with quality, affordable service in the following areas:

Tax Preparation and Planning (individual and business)

Business Consulting and Specialty Services

Accounting and Bookkeeping
